Ordering & Returns
What is your return and exchange policy? +
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If it's been longer or your situation is a little different, reach out anyway via email or Instagram DM — we want you to love what you have and we'll always do our best to make it right.
How long does shipping take? +
Processing takes 1 to 3 days and shipping is free, with delivery in 2 to 4 days. If you need something sooner, just add a note at checkout or reach out via email or Instagram DM and I'll do my best to make it work.
Do you ship internationally? +
On a case by case basis. Reach out via email or Instagram DM before ordering and we'll figure it out together.
Do you do custom orders? +
Yes — send us a message with your idea and I'll let you know what's possible. I love a good creative challenge.
Do you offer wholesale? +

Finding Us
Where can I find you in person? +
We do markets and pop-ups regularly around Seattle, and our pieces are also available in local retail spaces. Check our events page for upcoming dates and locations.
Rings & Sizing
How do I find my ring size? +
The easiest way is to wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it meets, and measure against a ring size chart — there are plenty online. You can also come find us at an event and I'll size you on the spot, which is always the most accurate option.
Do you offer resizing? +
We don't resize, but if you bought a ring from us and the fit isn't right, we're always happy to exchange it for a better size.
Wearing & Care
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while washing my hands? +
Yes, everyday water exposure is totally fine. What you want to avoid is prolonged exposure to chlorine, hot tubs, and saltwater, which speed up oxidation over time. We won't pretend we always take ours off either, but those are the ones worth being mindful of.
Can I mix metals? +
Absolutely, and we fully encourage it. Jewelry is personal expression, not a matching exercise. Wear what feels right.
Do you offer polishing? +
Yes, complimentary anytime. Find us at an event and we'll shine it up for you on the spot.
Our Materials & Craft
Is your jewelry nickel-free? +
Yes, all of our metals are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Are your gemstones real? +
Yes, all genuine and natural. No synthetics.
Where does your sea glass come from? +
We hand-collect it from local beaches. Every piece is shaped by the ocean over time, so the color and texture are completely natural and unique to each stone.
Where is the jewelry made? +
Everything is handcrafted in our studio using traditional Balinese silversmithing and goldsmithing techniques.
What is lost wax casting? +
It's an ancient metalsmithing technique where a hand-carved wax model is encased in plaster, burned out, and replaced with molten metal. It's how we make every piece, and it's been done this way for thousands of years.
